The Brain and Gut Connection

Join Ascension Rochester at the Rochester Hills Public Library for a presentation by Issam Turk, MD, Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist.  This will be an interactive forum where Dr. Turk will be discussing common upper and lower GI symptoms, and common concerns such as how to tell when the pain is real vs. when it is driven by the brain.  Dr. Turk will discuss how this pain can be managed with certain interventions and lifestyle changes.
