IMPACT 2021 is a NEW event that celebrates innovation and inclusion in the workplace. The audience of HR executives, CEOs, COOs and those responsible for DEI initiatives will collaboratively hear from local business thought leaders who are successfully demonstrating innovative efforts in the areas of workforce development and inclusion. Event partners - the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Development (LEO) and Oakland County Michigan Works! will provide critical updates.
LEO provides the connections, expertise and innovative solutions to drive continued business growth and build vibrant communities, as well as attract and retain key talent to fill Michigan's vast pipeline of opportunities. Oakland County Michigan Works! Agency provides workforce services to employers and jobseekers throughout the county, providing education and training resources, as well as job search assistance. These services help Oakland County businesses find and retain qualified and well-trained employees.
