Leadership is the art of guiding individuals and teams towards shared goals and objectives while fostering positive relationships and productivity. Effective leaders understand the delicate balance between tasks and relationships—the essential interplay between achieving results and nurturing the people who make it happen. In this course, we will use case studies and experiential learning to explore the skills needed to lead in this grey space - holding tension and leading with intentionality; thereby, inspiring trust, empowerment, collaboration, and success within a team environment.

Designed for leaders who want to build their strengths in self-awareness, ability to influence, community development, team work, and adaptability while forging life-long relationships with other trailblazers in the Auburn Hills business community.
