During this session, participants will learn how leaders from the City of Auburn Hills have grown in their roles throughout the years. Attendees will engage in an interactive discussion about behind the scenes real-life stories based on successes and challenges our City of Auburn Hills leaders have experienced.

Designed for leaders who want to build their strengths in self-awareness, ability to influence, community development, team work, and adaptability while forging life-long relationships with other trailblazers in the Auburn Hills business community. From August through December 2023, participants will meet one day each month to LEARN best practices to develop quality leadership skills, ENGAGE with current and future leaders, ACHIEVE success, and DISCOVER your inner leader.
