From August through December 2023, participants will meet one day each month to LEARN best practices to develop quality leadership skills, ENGAGE with current and future leaders, ACHIEVE success, and DISCOVER your inner leader.

SESSION 1: ILEAD ORIENTATION & PURPOSE-DRIVEN LEADERSHIP

SESSION 2: PERSONALITY DIMENSIONS AWARENESS

SESSION 3: AUBURN HILLS LEADING LEADERS

It takes strong leadership skills to empower a team of professionals in various levels of their careers while being directed by elected officials. During this session, participants will learn how leaders from the City of Auburn Hills have grown in their roles throughout the years. Attendees will engage in an interactive discussion about behind the scenes real-life stories based on successes and challenges our City of Auburn Hills leaders have experienced.
SESSION 4: UNLOCK AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, AHCC meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees, image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by AHCC.
Refund & Registration Policy
Payment is considered final, and non-refundable, unless there is a quality issue that cannot be otherwise addressed. Registration for all events, programs and membership is considered complete upon full payment. An invoice payment option will be available on most events until 14 days prior to the event date. Cash and credit cards are always accepted. A confirmation will be sent for all transactions with the Auburn Hills Chamber.
